LovedaleSubstation Rebuild Project

The Lovedale Substation Rebuild Project involves rebuilding the Lovedale Substation and three transmission lines in the city of Kingsport.

Construction begins in spring 2022 and concludes by fall 2023.

Project Updates

August 2023: Company representatives continue construction. The project team is awaiting delivery of equipment to complete the new substation. Construction is expected to conclude in September 2023.
