Lott138-kV Transmission Line Project
AEP Ohio Representatives Plan power grid upgrades in Delaware County. The project involves building 3.5 miles of 138-kilovolt (kV) transmission line and installing a new switch pole to help improve electric reliability for customers.
Project Updates
The Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) approved the preferred route in June 2024. Landowners along the proposed route can expect to hear from Renee Stevens and Contract Land Staff (CLS) to discuss upcoming field work and the necessary easements required for the safe construction, operation and maintenance of the power line.
